Training and Safety


Our company has a rich history of continual education and training. We provide opportunities for employees to be successful at all levels and extend opportunities to be promoted from within.

In addition to our general company training segment, all of our managers take extensive development courses that provide the foundation for operational excellence in our industry. Pristine Environments has multiple state-of-the-art training centers around North America where we provide classroom and hands-on instructional training.

Pristine Environments also offers all managers and supervisors full paid tuition reimbursement for the successful completion of various curriculum required for designations offered through our industry associations including: Corenet, BSCAI, ISSA, U.S. Green Building Council, and ISPE.


Safety is one of our intrinsic values, which is why we have implemented a robust and proactive safety program. The core fundamental of the program is that we encourage participation by all members of the organization, from the CEO to the newly hired employee. We weave safety responsibilities into each job function, making safety a way of life at Pristine Environments.

Our commitment to excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed. We’ve been recognized with the SHRM 2013 Workplace Excellence Award and the Cal/OSHA 2013 Golden Gate Partnership Award.

Elements of our program include: extensive training, joint management/employee health and safety committees, third party safety audits, risk management, job site inspections, safety incentives, and year-round communication and follow-through. Our goal is to ensure that our safety policy maintains equal importance as our mission to provide the best quality and most productive service in the industry.
